Why should I visit this website?

Forms Portal wants to provide hard to find forms and documents.  By visiting frequently you will be able to review the newest forms as they become available to the public.

Why do you need to post the good form under the registration area? 

Many of our free forms would cost people thousands of dollars if a law firm was hired to develop them.  In return for not asking for any type of review and download fee per form, we require that each person register to help us build our database and monitor who visits how frequently and which forms are most popular. 

Why do you have an automatic email opt-in requirement under your registration area?

Websites like Forms Portal cost money to create, maintain and update. In the future, we plan on offering an opt out otion for an annual fee.  The main reason for the automatic opt-in is to automate our communication functions and to provide us with the opportunity to email you newsletters that may include advertisements within the newsletter in order to afford the operations of this website. The newsletter will also update you with new forms and some other stuff about the site.  This is necessary in order to keep your registration free from annual or per document fee requirements. 

Why should I send you any forms to post ony our website?

Free Recognition?   We ask that you post your name and website at the very bottom of the form if possible.  We also try to post the forms website link on the form near your information.   You will also earn recognition when we list your form and your name under our contributer news and website area.

Why do you have a form on your website that we developed and copyrighted?

It is the policy of The Forms Portal Website not to intentionally post any copyrighted material without permission.  If you happen to see a form that is copyrighted by you, please contact us immediately at formsportal@gmail.com .   We will remove the form immmediately if you can provide proof that the form has been legally copyrighted with the proper documentation.

Can I copy one of the forms provided on this website?

We are not prohibiting anyone from copying any of the forms online. We would love to encourage it, but for legal reasons we must make this disclaimar just in case, especially for other people's posted forms that we place on the site. We put the forms up for others to review to use as an example when creating your own forms or whatever.   We have gone through an extensive review and research to make sure that all forms are not knowingly copyrighted.  But our legal counsel requires us to disclaim that we cannot promise that there may not be valid or invalid claims of potential copyright violations from other people or companies who might claim that they originated the form or something similar to the form. Until we receive such notice, feel free to enjoy the form in anyway that you wish ---(legally).
